In this article, I want to share with you the three books that changed my startup life in 2023. These books have helped me to develop my skills and knowledge as an entrepreneur, and I believe they can do the same for you.
From Peter Thiel's Zero to One, which explores the concept of creating something new and going from zero to one, to Dan Olsen's The Lean Product Playbook, which provides a step-by-step guide on how to develop and launch successful products, to Bulletproof Problem Solving by Charles Conn and Robert McLean, a book that provides a structured approach to problem-solving that can be applied in various personal and professional situations.
These books can help you troubleshoot problems, whether they are customer-related or internal team. Before reading these books, I often struggled to find effective solutions.
I hope you find these books as helpful as I have!
Zero to one
Zero to One is a book by Peter Thiel that explores the concept of creating something new and going from zero to one. Thiel encourages entrepreneurs to focus on creating a unique and valuable product or service rather than competing in an existing market. He also discusses the importance of building a strong team and having a clear vision for the future.
The Lean Product Playbook
The Lean Product Playbook by Dan Olsen is another great book for startups. It provides a step-by-step guide on how to develop and launch successful products. Olsen emphasizes the importance of customer feedback and market research in the product development process and provides practical tips for testing and iterating on product ideas.

To get the most out of these books
To get the most out of these books, I recommend taking notes and reflecting on how you can apply the concepts and techniques to your own startup journey.
