You just need to prepare a brief introduction and a CV of a candidate before our discussion or before the interview.

What I provide

Technical Interview

  • A deep report of a candidate, including:
    • pros and cons of this candidate
    • attitude towards solving problem and working with people

Hiring guide

  • Help you highlight your tech stack
  • Find the right person that fits your tech stack & the culture

What I will do

✅ Deep analysis of a candidate, both pros and cons
✅ Learn deeply about the candidate on how they’re doing, and how proficient they are in their field, including their attitude
✅ Connect you with an appropriate member in my network that fits with the position
✅ Take note our meeting carefully so that you have something to take home after our meeting

What I will not do

❌ Give you a single option that I find best
❌ Ask candidates tricky questions that only a few are able to answer correctly
❌ Connect you to a candidate just because they’re are my friends
❌ Not take note of our meeting and let the meeting discussion slip to the void after the meeting finishes.
